The location here was fantastic, so close to everything, and the staff was accommodating, giving me a spacious room with a large bathroom and a king-size bed.

This venue has a central location and staff are extremely helpful, especially the Valet service. It's just a 24-minute drive to the airport.

The room I got was awesome, it had two comfy double beds and everything seemed brand-new. 🛏️ Breakfast was on point with yummy waffles and pancakes. The location is in a great spot, really convenient.

The hotel serves great food. The property offers fairly quiet and huge rooms with amenities like a shower, desk, and bed. The location is marvelous, adjacent to the river walk, the Alamo, and downtown/Riverwalk.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was an absolute steal - we got great value for our money. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Riverwalk. The staff treated us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel right at home.

When it comes to breakfast delights, a wider variety of options would have made the experience even better.

There was hardly ever a staff at the door for guests. One day, after cleaning the room, the staff left the door open and when we came back at night we noticed it and gave notice, thank God, nothing was missing. The last day, after breakfast, we went to the elevator and a black person came after us, he also entered the elevator and started to masturbate, we went down in our floor, and this person went after us. We almost ran to our room and told the management and apparently they called the police who forced the man to leave. I don't think this would have happened if they always had someone watching the door or the reception desk, because this man looked very bad, like someone who lives on the street. Around the hotel there are many people in a street situation.
